I was raised in the countryside of Alsace, France, and have always been attracted to the culinary world. Fresh, natural farm products inspired me as a child to explore the secrets of gastronomy. I had my first involvement in the culinary world when I worked at a succession of restaurants during my teenage years. Ever since, I knew I wanted to be a professional chef, driven by the quality of the food and service offered to customers.
I’ve worked for many years as a culinary professional. This international fine-dining experience includes time spent at Michellin-starred restaurants in Lyon, Burgundy and Paris, as well as in Australia and Southeast Asia. This provided me with crucial knowledge of how to prepare and serve the best food and wine.
I always feel honored to communicate my passion for French cuisine and lifestyle, and use a mixture of ingredients carefully selected from markets around the world and the Indonesian archipelago to ensure my customers may enjoy fine dining at its best in a romantic or candle-light setting.
